Hours of operation are 10am to 6pm Monday through Friday. *Each hour block of time is provided in exactly 50 minute segments referred to as a session. Some of our services are focused on specific results and may not be based upon an allotted amount of time, thus time may not be listed beside the service. Some restrictions may apply. We do not in any way make claims to be medical, or psychological professionals, nor do we diagnose or treat mental disorders as defined by the American Psychiatric Association. In the event of life, health, or mental emergency, please call 911 immediately. The Coach agrees not to disclose any information about the client without the client's consent. Our instructions may include recommendations to other professionals in various fields based upon our client's needs. a. Individual Sessions are between one client and life coach. 
 
b. Couples Sessions are between two clients and a life coach. 
 
c. Group Sessions are three, or more clients and a life coach.

d. Business Sessions are between one, or more clients and a life coach.  
 
e. Professional Training Sessions usually consist of several clients at a time with a pre-defined topic of discussion. These sessions are advertised and normally range from one to several hours depending on the subject and complexity of information reviewed. 
 
All sessions are primarily provided by zoom video conferencing, or phone calls. Some sessions, like Image Consulting may be provided at previously agreed upon locations, which could include, but are not limited to retail clothing stores to better showcase clothing examples or proper fittings. We provide home visits in the Tri-cities when available. Some services may be subject to travel fees, cancellation fees, and or other costs provided in the agreement. Training Session costs will be advertised as provided.
